MISSOULA, MT. (December 14, 2012). The Missoula International Airport invites the community to the Third Annual ‘Home for the Holidays, Ten Days of Live Music” in the Airport’s lobby [pre-security] in celebration of the holiday season.
The music begins every day at 5:30am from December 15ththrough December 24th. Free parking, courtesy of the Airport, is available for all music-goers.
The
holidays can present some interesting trials for travelers. Our first
duty is always our passengers’ safety and security. But in cooperation
with some of our wonderful business partners, the Airport was able to
create the Holiday Music Series in hopes that our passengers and
visitors will escape the holiday stress and enjoy the holiday season
with us.
Well-known
local pianists, Jodi Marshall and Molly Morrison, will be playing all
your holiday favorites on a grand piano in the Airport terminal.
Montana Master Teacher and former UM professor, Molly Morrison, is
playing holiday tunes every morning beginning at 5:30am. Jodi Marshall, a
beloved Missoula performer, begins at 11am. This year’s line-up also
includes performances by Jodi Marshall’s students, Molly Morrison’s
students, the Washington Middle School String Orchestra (12.21 at noon)
and Double Reed Christmas (12.19 at 6 p.m.).
